HOW TO SELECT A MEDIUM

Firstly decide what you prefer – drawing or painting. People have always argued about the difference between painting and drawing, and most think it is about whether something is in colour or in black and white. They are right, but I look at it in a different way. Painting is what I paint -with brushes and paint, and drawing is what I draw -with pencils, pens, crayons, and markers. Painting is a wet technique and drawing is dry.

My favourite painting technique is oil on canvas. I use professionally stretched, extra fine grain canvas and oil paints (Gamma, Maimeri, Nevskaya Palitra etc). All my artworks are unframed but ready to hang with painted edges. I put rich colours on layer by layer to create the depth to capture the individual character of each pet.

In drawing I prefer to use pastel pencils, coloured pencils and dry brush on high quality coloured or white paper. All my drawings I ship rolled in a tube and you need to frame them and to put under glass.

HOW TO SELECT A SIZE

For portraits of one pet you can select a smaller size but if you want to get a group portrait you should choose a larger size, also your choice can depend on wall size where you're going to hang your portrait and your budget. Here you can compaire sizes and prices.

HOW TO UPLOAD PHOTOS

Select the best photos of your pet and upload here. A good reference photo is the main ingredient. Your photo must be detailed enough. And it also  will be better if you send several photos to capture your pet’s looks and personality.

Ordered drawing portrait will be done in 8-12 days, painting portrait will be done in 2-5 weeks.

I don't need a deposite. You'll pay after the work is completed before shipping.
